Forum, SP, Foursquare: VACATION!







Just get a beer and put on light clothes on you, you better do it now, because we are already on VACATION. Forum, SpecialBlend Foursquare have already done the post-edition and now we have the option to enjoy how the Vacation crew shred everything that the find. After the expensives productions that have been made throughout the pass years, suchs as Brainfarm "The art of Flight"or the already clasic "That's it, That's all", the Vacation team have decided to get a little time off, less production, less helicopters but more and more crazy tricks and mindblowing jibbing sessions around the city.

Street League: The selection is on!



That it is, the crew is getting ready for the next episode of the most popular skateboarding competetion on the latest years. As it has been common, the Street League will count with skaters from different parts of the globe, mainly from sponsored American and European riders. According to the press, the jugde will be intagrated by a variety of pro riders, which some of them have already participated on the contest.  Among the new riders that have joined the Street League list we can find, Jimmy Carlin, Austyn Gillette, Tom Asta, Ishod Wair and Matt Miller. The selection will be divided on three different stages, these ones represented by the fans, the judges and some other pro riders. The opportunity to vote for the  riders is still on, and the process is taking place at the Street league webpage.

Among the favorite riders, Ishod Wair is the most popular one and the reasons are clear to everybody. Throughout last year, the Nike SB rider, won several competitions, and it have been ranked on the hot list of the new generation of pros. With only 20 years old, Wair is considered a break-through in the global skateboardin scene and it will definitely still providing progession to the sport. Big contests are the favorite of Ishod, fact that was proved with the first place given to him on the Maloof Money Cup in South Africa last year.

You better hurry up and choose for you favorite skater, remember, know you have to power to decide who is gonna be in the park this year next to Rob Dyrdek and his friends.

Sean Black is Back on the team!





The american snowboard company Arbor Snowboards proudly re-joins on of their best snowboarders of all times, and the come back is now presented as the big bang that the company needed to go back on the road.

Among the characteristics that this brand posseses and diferentiate from other snowboarding companies, is the fact the Arbor Co is more like a family rather than a enterprise. This was the main reason why Sean Black, now settled on Salt Lake City, came back to the company and rejoices the luxuries that a professional snowboarder must taste and shred powder as much as he can.

The Arbor Company will support him at any crazy decision he could possibly take, and that is the organic and objective, to develop as a pro rider on the accurate human environment, as well as the natural one. Danny's latest documentary "Waiting for Lightning" is about to be released and people from all around the world can wait any more for it. Starring Rob Dyrdek, Tony Hawk, Rodney Mullen, Travis Pastrana, Mat Hoffman and Ken Block, this film presents the personal opinion from a selected list of the most famous extreme sport riders and how they have seen the development of the extreme scene culture through the years.

The film, directed by Jacob Rosenberg, basically deals with the fact of how Way's contributed to improve the sport and at the same time how he grew up as a skater as well as a person. Produced by Bandito Brothers productions, the documentary will expose the little details of this break-record figure and how his dreams came true.

Tom Schaar: The new Tony Hawk



It seems impossible, but it is as real as Reynold's attitude. The 12-year-old  Tom Schaar just added up an amazing and tottaly unique new trick to the list, putting him onto the top of tops, establishing him self at the same level of other pro skaters such as Shaun White and even the all mighty Tony Hawk. Schaar, with less than a half of some other pros has perfomed a perfect 1080°, and consequently broke an Guinnes Record.

Woodward, the specialized extreme sports training center, is the location where this aerial maneuver took place. Everyone got crazy at the first moment, and the video recording quickly got upload and shared through the different socials networks. Altough this moment turned into a inflecting point of the skating history, this little rider was pretty relaxed and serene. He knows he made history, but he is also aware that he has the labor of keep on doing, and at the same time stay real and humble. He may be little in height, but he is way more higher as a person than most of regular people.



The Cinematographer Project: Latest Transworld Masterpiece





The brand new Cinematographic Project is the lastest movie released by Transworld Skateboarding Magazine, and it presents a mixture of street real skatebording with a little touch of art. Rob Dyrdek: DNA's brand new owner





The original Alien Work Shop rider, Rob Dyrdek, recently bought one of the most important and profitable companies around in the bussines, including AWS, Habitat and some other brands. the main objetive of Rob's latest purchase is to make over the company style, giving to the industry a new face, based on the new generation of skaters. Ten years ago, Dirdek was part of the AWS riding  team, and nowadays he is the out principal owner of the company. Dyrdek, also known for his countless appearances on TV and his facility to control the market media, is now one the biggest entrepreneur on the scene, and it has given to the skate market enourmous ammounts of incomes and profits.

By the other side, it's very important to keep in mind that's not everything about bussines, and never forget that is the sport and motivated skaters that give life to what we know nowadays as skateboarding. Although companies have supported the sport for decades, we are the essence of it.
